Public beta. Not yet independently reviewed. ProjectWhitehall republishes public records from official sources. It is not an investigation, a legal finding or advice. Registers can be late, incomplete or wrong, and a link between records does not show wrongdoing. Absence of a record does not mean absence of activity. Always check the original source, which we link on every entry. We have already made mistakes and list them all in the corrections log.

Report an inaccuracy

Anyone can report an inaccuracy. Reports are reviewed against the official record, and every outcome is published.

Record: not given

Plainly: you cannot send us a report from this page yet. There is no form and nothing you type here is sent anywhere. We are building the reporting route and review process first, and we will not open reporting until two named reviewers are in place. Meanwhile, every error we find ourselves is published in the corrections log, including ones that changed nothing on the site.

This is a public beta. Reports are not collected on this site yet. When reporting opens, you will be able to flag a specific field on this record and choose a category: incorrect, out of date, missing, or linked to the wrong person or body. You may add a comment and source links.

What happens to a report

  1. Automated checks for spam and duplicates. The report joins the review queue.
  2. A reviewer checks the claim against the official source.
  3. A second reviewer confirms any change to a record.
  4. The outcome is one of: corrected, no change (with the reason), or needs more evidence.
  5. The outcome is published on the record's corrections log.

A report never changes data by itself. The test is the official source: a reader's evidence can prompt us to check it, but does not replace it.
